MyAgentStore.aiĀ® (āweā, āusā, āourā) operates the website myagentstore.ai and the MyAgentOSĀ® product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.
By using our website or purchasing MyAgentOSĀ®, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:
- Waitlist signups: Name and email address, processed via Resend (our email service provider).
- Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content, delivered via Resend.
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your card details.
- Website analytics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised usage data (page views, click patterns, session duration) to help us improve the website experience. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not operate a database. We do not maintain user accounts. Specifically:
- We do not store user data beyond what Stripe, Resend, and our analytics providers hold on our behalf.
- We do not collect device fingerprints or IP addresses for profiling purposes.
4. API Keys & Local Data
MyAgentOSĀ® runs entirely on your local machine. When you use the product:
- Your AI provider API keys (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are stored locally on your machine only.
- API keys are never transmitted to MyAgentStore.aiĀ® servers.
- All agent conversations, decisions, and pipeline data are stored on your local machine.
- The dashboard runs on localhost.
Important note on cloud-based AI models: When you use cloud-based AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), your prompts and local data referenced in those prompts are sent to the provider's servers for processing. However, data sent via API is not included in model training data by default with most major providers. Please review your provider's data usage policy for full details.
To preserve complete privacy of your data, you can download and run open-source models locally. This way your data is never read by anyone other than your local model. See the OpenClaw models documentation for more information on supported providers.
5. AI Chat on This Website
The contact page may include an AI chat widget for sales and support questions. When you use this chat:
- Messages are sent to Anthropic or OpenAI APIs for processing in real time. We may also use our own custom agents to handle conversations.
- We may review chat history data for training and improvement purposes.

6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage to save your theme preference (dark or light mode) under the key mas-theme. This is stored in your browser and never sent to our servers.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to collect anonymised analytics data. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through these cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

- Object to processing of your data.
Since we do not maintain a database, deletion primarily involves removing records held by Stripe and Resend on our behalf. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@myagentstore.ai.
9. Data Retention
We retain email and payment data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Waitlist emails are retained until launch and then deleted unless you opt in to ongoing communications. Stripe retains transaction records as required by financial regulations.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated āLast updatedā date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
