• Waitlist signups: Name and email address, processed via Resend (our email service provider).
• Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content, delivered via Resend.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your card details.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not operate a database. We do not maintain user accounts. Specifically:

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
• We do not store user data beyond what Stripe and Resend hold on our behalf.
• We do not collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or IP addresses for profiling.

4. API Keys & Local Data

MyAgentOS runs entirely on your local machine. When you use the product:

• Your AI provider API keys (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) are stored locally on your machine only.
• API keys are never transmitted to MyAgentStore servers.
• All agent conversations, decisions, and pipeline data remain on your local machine.
• The dashboard runs on localhost — your data never leaves your network.

5. AI Chat on This Website

The contact page may include an AI chat widget for sales and support questions. When you use this chat:

• Messages are sent to Anthropic or OpenAI APIs for processing in real time.
• We do not store your chat messages on our servers.
• Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to save your theme preference (dark or light mode) under the key mas-theme. This is stored in your browser and never sent to our servers.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

We retain email and payment data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Waitlist emails are retained until launch and then deleted unless you opt in to ongoing communications. Stripe retains transaction records as required by financial regulations.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
