1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing myagentstore.ai or purchasing MyAgentOS®, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Service

MyAgentOS® is a downloadable AI agent operating system that runs locally on your machine. It coordinates AI agents powered by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to perform tasks you configure. It includes:

• 15+ preconfigured AI agent personas
• A full visual dashboard
• 50+ skills and 20+ advisor personas
• An agent-orchestration board for multi-step workflows
• Integrations with messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack) and productivity tools (Trello, GitHub, Google Sheets)
• We are continuously adding new features, please check the roadmap page for the latest details on product releases.

To function, MyAgentOS® sends prompts and context to third-party AI provider servers for processing. While the product runs on your machine, data included in your prompts is transmitted to these providers and processed under their respective terms of service.

MyAgentStore.ai® is the website where you learn about, purchase, and download MyAgentOS®.

3. Purchases & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Available tiers:

• Starter Kit Download: Beta programme rate $49 USD (first 2,000 spots). Public rate $99 USD. One-time payment. Includes the full product as a snapshot. Future versions and security patches require Self-hosted + Support.
• Self-hosted + Support: Beta programme rate $27 USD every 3 months (= $9/mo equivalent), available to the first 2,000 spots. Public rate $45 USD every 3 months (= $15/mo equivalent). Billed quarterly via Stripe. Cancel anytime.
• Hosted Always-On: Beta programme rate $57 USD every 3 months (= $19/mo equivalent), available to the first 2,000 spots. Public rate $87 USD every 3 months (= $29/mo equivalent). Billed quarterly. Cancel anytime.
• Premium VIP: From $399 USD. Typically $399-$1,999 depending on complexity. Includes a fully customised build with dedicated support, a bespoke scope, and direct founder involvement.

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once the software has been downloaded, except as required by applicable law (including your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

• Subscription: You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Premium VIP: No refunds where bespoke work has been delivered against the agreed scope. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided.

5. Acceptable Use

When using MyAgentOS®, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer the product for the purpose of creating a competing product.
• Use the product for any illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass any licensing mechanisms.
• Share your download with others who have not purchased a licence.

You are responsible for all actions taken by AI agents operating within your MyAgentOS® installation, including messages sent, files created or modified, and API calls made. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; you should review all outputs before relying on them.

You may fully customise your setup (agents, skills, dashboard, workflows) once you have purchased a plan.

6. Intellectual Property

MyAgentOS®, MyAgentStore.ai®, and all associated code, content, agent personas, skills, and documentation are owned by MyAgentStore.ai®. When you purchase MyAgentOS®, you receive a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

You may modify the product for your own use (including customising agents, skills, and dashboard components). You may not distribute modified versions.

“MyAgentStore” and “MyAgentOS” (including “My Agent OS”) are registered trade marks of MyAgentStore.ai Limited:

• “MyAgentStore” — UK registered trade mark no. UK00004366754 (class 35).
• “MyAgentOS” / “My Agent OS” — UK registered trade mark no. UK00004366782 (class 9).

These marks, together with our logos, trade names, and brand features, are our property. Nothing in these terms or in your use of the product grants you any right, licence, or interest in them. You may not use, reproduce, or register any identical or confusingly similar mark, name, logo, or domain without our prior written permission. All other product and company names referenced are the trade marks of their respective owners.

MyAgentStore.ai® and MyAgentOS® are provided by MyAgentStore.ai Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17062463).

7. API Keys & Third-Party Services

MyAgentOS® requires API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) to function. When you use the product, prompts and context are sent to these providers' servers for processing. Any personal data or confidential information included in your prompts is transmitted to and processed by these third parties under their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and managing your own API keys.
• All costs incurred from your AI provider usage.
• Complying with your AI provider's terms of service.
• Keeping your API keys secure.

We are not responsible for charges, outages, or policy changes from third-party AI providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAgentOS® is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems. AI-generated content (including research, analysis, recommendations, and code) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases, and should be reviewed by a competent human before being acted upon.

We regularly ship updated and improved versions of the product for subscribers and will do our best to resolve known issues as soon as possible.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of MyAgentOS® shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Subject to the first paragraph above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of MyAgentOS®.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms. For subscription customers, you may cancel at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. Upon termination, your licence to use the product ceases, though locally installed copies will continue to function.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
