1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing myagentstore.ai or purchasing MyAgentOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Service

MyAgentOS is a downloadable AI agent operating system that runs locally on your machine. It includes:

  • 18 preconfigured AI agent personas
  • A full visual dashboard (12 pages)
  • 46 skills and 68 advisor personas
  • An 8-stage pipeline for idea-to-execution workflows

MyAgentStore.ai is the website where you learn about, purchase, and download MyAgentOS.

3. Purchases & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Available tiers:

  • DIY — $99 USD, one-time payment. Includes the full product with no ongoing support.
  • Subscription — $29 USD/month. Includes the full product plus ongoing support and updates. Cancel anytime.
  • Premium VIP — $1,999 USD upfront. Includes a fully customised build with dedicated support and founder involvement.

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Refund Policy

  • DIY tier: 14-day refund available if the product has not been installed or used. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Subscription: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Premium VIP: Refunds are at our discretion given the custom nature of the work. Partial refunds may be offered if work has not commenced.

5. Acceptable Use

When using MyAgentOS, you agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product or any part of it.
  • Reverse-engineer the product for the purpose of creating a competing product.
  • Use the product for any illegal activities.
  • Attempt to bypass any licensing mechanisms.
  • Share your download with others who have not purchased a licence.

6. Intellectual Property

MyAgentOS, MyAgentStore, and all associated code, content, agent personas, skills, and documentation are owned by MyAgentStore.ai. When you purchase MyAgentOS, you receive a licence to use the product — not ownership of it.

You may modify the product for your own use (including customising agents, skills, and dashboard components). You may not distribute modified versions.

7. API Keys & Third-Party Services

MyAgentOS requires API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) to function. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and managing your own API keys.
  • All costs incurred from your AI provider usage.
  • Complying with your AI provider's terms of service.
  • Keeping your API keys secure.

We are not responsible for charges, outages, or policy changes from third-party AI providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyAgentOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • AI agent outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • The product will be compatible with all systems or configurations.

AI-generated content (research, analysis, recommendations, code) should be reviewed by a human before being acted upon.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAgentStore.ai's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of MyAgentOS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms. For subscription customers, you may cancel at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. Upon termination, your licence to use the product ceases, though locally installed copies will continue to function.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
